Critical Care Unit Visiting Hours
11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

We appreciate this opportunity to care for your loved one. Visiting of family and close friends is an essential component of care and helps the recovery process. As a result, we request the following:

Only the immediate family or significant others may visit during established visiting hours. If it is inconvenient to visit during these times, please schedule a time with our staff.

For the health and safety of your children, those under the age of 12 are not permitted to visit.

Please select one spokesperson per family; this person will be notified of significant changes in the patient’s condition.

For the well-being of the patient, the nurses may need to limit the length of visits. Your understanding is appreciated.

All visitors must call the nurse’s station prior to entry to announce their arrival. The phone is located near the entry door.

The family waiting area phone number located across from CCU is (262) 656-3204. The family waiting area phone number located at the south end of the second floor is (262) 656-2518.

During the time frames of 11:00-11:30 a.m., 3:00-3:30 p.m. and 7:00-7:30 p.m., the nurses exchange vital information regarding each patient’s condition and the future course of care. Following these times frames, please feel free to contact your loved one’s nurse for an update.

Visitors Lounge
The visitors lounge at both hospital campuses is located near the critical care unit. The lounge is open 24 hours a day. 

The lounge serves all the critical care units. There are chairs and couches for family members staying for extended periods of time. We ask that your family go to the lounge after their visit if they wish to remain longer or wait for the doctor.

Gift Shop
The gift shop is located on the first floor near the main entrance.
